研究方向：

主要从事功能薄膜与器件、半导体光催化材料与应用的研究，包括Ⅲ-Ⅵ族半导体薄膜的取向生长，结构设计、压电薄膜气体、生物传感器的制备及电学性能的研究；可见光半导体催化材料的合成及其在环境与能源领域的应用研究。
